Hyundai Tucson Transmission Failure And Vibration Problem Under Warranty
About five days ago, my Hyundai Tucson started experiencing vibration and transmission failure. Since my vehicle is under warranty, I took it to the authorized service center. However, the service staff claimed that no fault was detected on their diagnostic device and returned my car without performing any repairs. Moreover, I was treated disrespectfully and shouted at by the staff, which made the situation even more upsetting. This was the first time such an issue occurred, and the vibration and transmission problem still persist. It is unacceptable for the service to act as if there is no problem when a free repair should be provided under warranty. I also contacted Hyundai customer service during this process but received no response. My vehicle’s license plate is 54AGL914. I expect Hyundai to repair my car free of charge under warranty and provide a permanent solution to this issue.
