Hyundai Ioniq 6 Range Drops to 350 KM on Full Charge Despite 9000 KM Mileage

I purchased my Hyundai Ioniq 6 approximately 3 months ago. Despite the vehicle having only 9,000 km on it, with a 100% charge it shows a range of only 350 km (in eco mode with the air conditioning off). The specified range for this model is 420 km, but I have not seen this figure on the dashboard for about a month.

Additionally, with an 80% charge, the car only shows a range of 270 km. This is significantly below the expected performance for a new vehicle.

I urgently request a response and a resolution to this issue.
