Hyundai Bayon Parts Shortage and Service Delays

Two months ago, the Hyundai Fertan service in Izmit detected that the driver's side window control in my Hyundai Bayon was faulty. They said it would be replaced under warranty, but for two months now, I've been told the part is not available. Yesterday, the right rear window motor broke down, and the window went down by itself. They said this part would also be replaced, but they don't have the part. The window was raised and fixed in place, and they say they'll call us. They keep saying these faults are frequent, but parts are not available. I'm forced to use the brand new car I bought in a defective state. It's ridiculous that such a brand hasn't been able to solve its spare parts problem.
