Hypnozio Charged Me After a Free Trial — Unauthorized $41 Payment
After a one-week trial that I paid for by credit card directly on Hypnozio’s website on October 16, 2025, a $41 automatic charge was taken from my card without my permission or approval. I did not want the membership to continue, yet the charge was processed with no notice or consent. Earlier, on October 6, 2025, I authorized the 7-day program and $7 was charged. One week later, the $41 was withdrawn without my approval, and I’m requesting an immediate refund of that amount. I emailed hypnozio.com customer service from s*@gmail.com.tr**, and they replied that “this is how our system works” and that they won’t issue a refund. I do not accept an unauthorized charge on my card. If the $41 is not returned promptly, I will pursue legal action.
