Hypic Charged Me $58 for a Subscription It Won't Activate

I downloaded the photo editing app called Hypic - Photo Editor & AI Art through the App Store, and today, 06/06/2026, at around 5:44 p.m., I paid $58 for a 1-year subscription. The payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, when I just went back into the app, it's acting as if I never purchased a subscription at all — when I try to edit a photo, it's asking me to pay again, and since the subscription isn't showing as active, it won't let me edit my photos. Even though I paid $58 today for a full year's subscription, the app isn't recognizing it. I couldn't find any contact or support channel within the app or through the App Store, so I'm forced to raise this issue here. I'm requesting that the $58 one-year subscription I paid for be fully applied to my account, or if that's not possible, that the payment be refunded. Because of this situation, I genuinely feel deceived, and I'd appreciate it if my issue could be resolved urgently.
