Visify AI Photo Enhancer Billed Me During Free Trial I Canceled Within an Hour
I saw the "Try for Free" option on the Visify AI Photo Enhancer app and decided to give it a try. But to my surprise, a payment was instantly processed via mobile billing the moment I opened the app. I only used it once and realized the charge within the hour. I canceled my subscription right away, expecting that I would still be within the one-week free trial period.
Despite canceling it almost immediately, the charge still appeared on my bill. I never actually used the app’s services and feel tricked by misleading advertising. If it says "free trial," it should mean free—not a hidden charge within minutes. I request a full refund for the charge that was wrongfully taken and ask the company to stop misleading users with false free trial claims. Please refund my money promptly.
