Remini Charged Me After Free Trial Cancellation – Refund Request
I signed up for the one-week free trial of the Remini app but canceled my subscription before the trial ended. However, despite canceling in time, I was still charged 249.99₺ on my billing statement. This charge was unauthorized, and I never agreed to continue with the paid version after the trial period.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription to avoid further charges. I am requesting an immediate refund for the amount deducted from my account. This is highly unfair and misleading. Free trials should not automatically charge users, especially after they cancel. Please process my refund as soon as possible and ensure this issue does not happen to other users.
