Huawei FreeBuds 3 Headset Service Issue

I have been having a charging problem with my Huawei FreeBuds 3 branded headphones for a long time. Even if I fully charged it, it was completely discharged in 1 or 2 days, even if I did not use it at all. Then I sent it to FixSmart Istanbul service (authorized service) because it has a guarantee. The service said that there is dirt on the earphones (there is no exaggerated dirt on the earphones, after all, they cannot be expected to be like the first day they have been used for more than 1 year) and that no action can be taken within the scope of the warranty. They demanded a fee of 2200 liras from me, although the product is guaranteed. They sent my product back to me. I definitely do not accept this... Think again, especially when buying headphones from Huawei.
