Huawei Matepad 11 Pen Went Deformed After Just Two Months!!
The soft pen tip of the Matepad 11, which I purchased via pre-order, melted within its second month of use. I've been in contact with customer service for exactly three months. Recently, they requested 360 TL for just one pen tip. Despite the pen breaking in two months, customer service claimed it depends on usage. I've been using pen tablets for years, and this issue has never occurred with Samsung products. The frustrating part was the last customer representative suggesting I should have sent it for service, insinuating it was my fault. If you had directed me to the service earlier, why didn't you do so during our three months of email correspondence? This is the first time I've encountered such a ridiculous approach. Everyone should be aware that Huawei products may come with service-related challenges. Please refrain from responding to this email; I've spent three months emailing without any meaningful resolution.
