Huawei Returned My Device Unfixed Without My Approval
I reached out to Huawei's call center to address a minor concern I had with my Huawei Mate 10 Pro. I provided a detailed explanation of the issue I was experiencing. I was instructed to send it to their service center, so I entrusted it to the cargo. However, I was disappointed to learn from the call center that they sent it back without fixing the issue due to a small contact problem with the charging socket. They alleged that I did not give my approval for the repair, but in reality, it was not me who declined it. The technical service clarified that the issue was linked to the motherboard, which was confirmed by Huawei's call center. I kindly ask for a thorough review of the recorded conversations and the prompt retrieval and delivery of my device, which has unfortunately been missing for a week, to my home address.
