On September 29, 2023, I purchased a Huawei Matebook D15 from Vatan Bilgisayar. Today is the fifth day, and I'm having serious problems with my laptop. The computer overheats significantly while charging, accompanied by excessive fan noise. This is the polar opposite of the advertised "Ultra silent!" With this performance, the brand's reputation suffers. Furthermore, the charger does not appear to be working properly. It's very annoying to have these issues with a brand-new laptop. I urgently request a replacement because the current situation is intolerable. Huawei must live up to its quality and customer satisfaction reputation. I hope they can address and resolve these issues quickly in order to keep their customers' trust.
