Huawei Lipstick FreeBuds Cover Remover Issue

53

In February 2023, I purchased the Huawei Lipstick FreeBuds earbuds from Media Markt, and now the magnetic mechanism inside the charging case has detached. I returned the product to Media Markt for repair because it was still under warranty (it was only 5 months old). Surprisingly, after 10 days, I received an SMS from KVK claiming it was a user error and demanding a whopping 5800.8 TL for the repair of a 2999 TL product! Essentially, they are requesting the cost of two brand-new earbuds for a simple mechanism issue that occurred during normal usage. How can the act of opening and closing the case be considered a user error? It's obviously a manufacturing flaw! This strange situation has left me confused and frustrated. I demand that Huawei either repair the defective earbuds for free or replace them with a new pair. It is past time for them to accept responsibility and treat customers with dignity!
