I recently bought a pair of Huawei FreeBuds from Media Markt, and I'm having trouble with the right earbud. I decided to install the All Life program for the earbuds, but the right side abruptly stopped working properly. The right earbud does not produce any sound and does not connect. To make matters worse, the program shows no charging information for the right side. There is clearly a problem with the right earbud. This situation has left me very upset and I urgently require a resolution. I implore Media Markt to address this issue as soon as possible and provide me with a solution to restore the earbuds' functionality. As a loyal customer, I believe it is critical that the problem is resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
