Huawei GT3 Pro Touchscreen Malfunction
I purchased the Huawei GT3 Pro watch on September 8, 2022. During normal use without any physical damage, my touchscreen stopped responding, and then the device turned off. On November 6, 2023, I sent the device to the authorized service center Ouno. They informed me that due to contact with liquid, the warranty does not apply and offered a repair for 4032 Turkish Lira. However, promotional videos on the manufacturer's website claim that the device can be used underwater for diving, and it is water-resistant up to 50 meters. Excluding liquid contact from the warranty directly indicates a device defect. I request your assistance in replacing it with a similar model or receiving compensation for the price difference.
Hello again, The Arbitration Committee approved my application and decided on an exchange. Later, Huawei filed a lawsuit to annul the decision of the Arbitration Committee. The court dismissed Huawei's case, and they were forced to replace my watch. Keep at it, friends, they will have to replace it.
