Huawei Insurance Failed to Cover My FreeBuds Pro 3 Earbud Tips Replacement


I just lost the earbud tips for my Huawei FreeBuds Pro 3 in Ice Grey, and I was totally taken aback when KVK asked for ₺4,800 for replacements, even though I have loss insurance. This is nearly the total cost of the earbuds, which I bought for ₺5,200. Half a year ago, I forked out ₺400 for the insurance, thinking it would have me covered for stuff like this. I can’t shake the feeling that I’ve been totally duped about the worth of this insurance; it honestly feels like it’s just a waste now. It's hard to believe that a company like Huawei would put its customers through such unfair charges. I'm really regretting the decision to buy the insurance and I've decided to steer clear of Huawei products moving forward. This whole experience has just felt unfair to me.
