Huawei Customer Service Fail

I sent my Huawei device to the Genpa Etiler service center as directed by the brand due to a malfunction. However, despite five business days passing, the service center hadn't even looked at the device. When I contacted Huawei, they simply washed their hands of the issue, claiming they had no authority to intervene. Trying to communicate with Genpa is equally maddening; it's nearly impossible to get through to anyone over the phone. Using this brand becomes absurd in the face of such incompetence. I strongly advise against attempting to fix a Huawei device; the customer experience is a nightmare. I've never encountered such indifference and senseless consumer frustration before. Samsung resolves service issues on the same day and delivers, but with this brand, it seems impossible. Don't subject yourself to the hassle; steer clear of Huawei devices.
Progress
As of now, it has been 13 days and 9 business days, and there is still no solution. The service has not even opened and checked the device yet. Huawei customer service says their legal period is 20 business days and tells the customer to use their legal rights. Can a brand say this to its customer? I have never seen another brand with such poor service and indifferent attitude. They have truly shown their quality, being a Chinese product.
