Unreasonable Pricing and Service Practiced by Huawei and Genpa

My experience with the authorized service provider, Genpa, has been nothing short of a nightmare since I purchased a Huawei device with a warranty. The service is costly, the call center agents are uninformed and unhelpful, and the entire process is fraught with confusion and frustration. When you bring your device in for service, they charge you 400 Turkish Liras for diagnosis, promising to deduct it from the total repair cost if you proceed. When you do decide to repair your device, they present you with an astronomical repair bill that is much higher than the device's value. They promise to respond within 7 to 10 days for cost approval, but good luck contacting them. The process is vexing, with disinterested call center representatives and technical service representatives who never return your calls. They quote exorbitant prices for parts, citing the fact that older parts are difficult to find. I'm requesting a refund and sharing my experience to help others avoid the same fate. Genpa has been a major letdown. Other companies should reconsider partnering with them because it tarnishes their reputation as well.
