I Sent My Huawei Y9 Prime for Repair and Got It Back Unfixed with No Spare Parts

I sent in my Huawei Y9 Prime for repair after it developed a serious fault, and it ended up staying in service for nearly a month. When I called on Friday, I was told the device had been repaired and would be shipped on Monday. However, when I followed up on Monday, they suddenly claimed the necessary spare part wasn’t available and decided to send the phone back without fixing anything.
To make matters worse, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the issue was on their end. This kind of service is unacceptable from a global brand like Huawei. I waited for weeks, was misled about the repair status, and received nothing but an unrepaired phone and an extra expense.
I expect a full resolution: either send the correct part and fix the device properly, or offer a refund or replacement. Huawei, your customers deserve honesty and accountability—not delays, false promises, and added costs.
