I placed an order on Huawei's online store with their assistance. I reached out to confirm the product's features when it arrived, but after a long day of waiting, I received an evening email. A Huawei employee informed me, "These features are not available in this device." Now I must deal with the inconvenience of returning the product. It's disheartening to see my money and time being squandered because of misinformation. The disparity between what customer service promised and actual product capabilities is concerning.
