Huawei Watch D2 Extra Strap Doesn’t Work for BP Monitoring

I purchased the Huawei Watch D2 directly from the official website, expecting full blood pressure monitoring functionality. Alongside it, I also bought an extra silicone strap designed for this watch. However, the extra strap does not include the inflatable cushion necessary for BP measurement! Worse, the cushion from the original strap is too wide to fit the extra one.

When I contacted customer service, I was told by M***** that I need to switch back to the original strap every time I want to measure my blood pressure. This is completely misleading—why sell an extra strap that doesn’t serve the watch’s main function? This is unacceptable for a brand like Huawei. I demand an immediate solution or refund!
