The Frustration of Untraceable HP Service

On September 5, 2023, I delivered my HP device with serial number 5CD215BB4C to a Profilo AVM BDH service center authorized by the company. When I checked the service request with the number wo-022630711, it didn't appear in their records, much to my surprise. Frustrated, I contacted customer service for help, only to be redirected to another branch with no meaningful solution or offer. This situation has made me very unhappy and concerned. My device is still under warranty, and I expect it to be handled professionally and promptly. The lack of proper record-keeping and the inconvenience of being passed around between different branches did not meet my expectations. I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment with this experience, and I'm hoping that my problem can be resolved as soon as possible within the terms of the warranty. This situation has irritated me, and I'm hoping to find a satisfactory solution.

Hello, despite having an HP laptop warranty, they are asking for money, using the excuse that it is not covered. They are lying, saying that another service has looked at it, but the warranty-covered part is the cause; since that part is only available at the HP service, no one else can repair it. At 11:18 AM, I called the HP support line at 4448121 to open a fault record, and a customer representative named Tayfur answered. I explained the situation, and he said they could charge me based on the old incorrect record without seeing the computer. I requested a re-examination of the device, but he refused. I am complaining about the HP customer representative and service.
