Registration number WO-024699668 HP. This is also stated on HP's website. A quote shouldn't take this long. After reviewing the previous complaints, I expect you to pay more than the price of the monitor. I wonder what kind of price shock they will give for the monitor, which I am not at fault for and I have not damaged in any way. I don't have photos of the monitor yet, but I will add them here when I get them. There is no impact or damage on any screen or other area of my monitor, there is no force or liquid contact. One day, interestingly, the monitor that I had been keeping an eye on stopped displaying an image over HDMI. It's been 3 years since I bought the device. There are no messages or warnings on the screen such as settings, etc. There is no HDMI connection, so there is no visual situation. It doesn't just transfer the image via HDMI. And after 3 years of doing this for no reason, I ordered a monitor that gave me such a problem. Since it has a 2-year warranty and once the warranty is over, let's see if I will be given a price quote. And still there is no price offer. At least I'll realize that I can't pay for it, so I'll take my monitor and throw it away. I will not order from you again. What I was told by the authorities was: "Unfortunately, if the warranty has expired, there is nothing you can do. It may not be your fault, but the warranty has expired." So, you claim that your products can only last for 2 years?

Now, I will convey the entire process experienced with HP through images. It is up to you to evaluate HP-related products from now on. None of the issues on my side have been properly resolved. I will write these down one by one because I want to address the questions people have in their minds when they research online. They should see why they shouldn't choose an HP-branded product. First of all, you are informed that a price quote will be sent by HP for approximately 20 days. Later, when I conveyed my complaint, Ms. Hülya called this platform and said she would look into the situation, and the next day after she got involved, the price quote was sent. The quoted price is approximately 1,500 TL more than the product's online price. I bought the product myself 3 years ago for around 1800 TL. The product today is around 5000 TL. The price sent by the service is around 6500 TL. Now, the price they decided on after 20 days is the replacement price of the product. Because it is not under warranty. Yes, it is not under warranty as it has been 3 years since I bought the device, but due to a problem not caused by me, you have to either throw away the device you bought 3 years ago or replace it with a new one from the HP service by paying out of your pocket. Now, I will also add the official HP document labeled "screen broken" that was sent to me. Although my screen is not broken, they wrote "screen broken" and asked for approval at this price. I responded back about the situation, stating that my screen is not broken and that I can get an image from the display port. I had only mentioned "HDMI port image issue" when I handed it over. The negligence in the document is so evident that they said let's quickly send a quote, we won't approve it anyway, send the price of a new one as if to say let it go. Then, I talked to them, and a few minutes after my conversation, they revised the document and removed the "screen broken" label, writing "HDMI port issue, no image" instead. I leave it to your thoughts on how serious HP Turkey is, how much they stand behind their product, and how well and professionally they manage the process. I saw many people experiencing this situation with me on the internet. I fell victim to not doing such research when I bought it myself. I hope nothing like this happens to you, and I wanted to warn you. I have attached the documents and will add the others as well.

I discussed the issue of the broken screen with customer service. They informed me during our conversation on 20.03.24 that I should send an email to tü[email protected] and convey my complaint there, and that they would provide assistance quickly from that address.

Let me share with you the result I received after sending so many letters and emails. The response I got to all the things I wrote in the document via email was like this. I experienced another disappointment. I am already aware of the indifference on HP's side and that the issue won't be resolved. A few days ago, Ms. Hülya, whom I spoke with, said she would personally take care of it, so she called me again and said the price was communicated to me. I explained the situation to her again and said that a zero price is being asked for a device that only has a malfunction in the HDMI port, and the approval form states that the screen is broken. I asked what kind of irregularity or overzealousness is in this document. They told me the screen might be broken internally and I might not have seen it. I replied that if I am getting an image from the display port, I should know if the HDMI side has a different screen, and she said she would get information from the technical team and ended the call. A few minutes later, the revised version reached me. The revised version is attached to the document. In other words, the statement "screen broken" a few minutes ago was revised and sent according to the malfunction I reported. The problem is that they are not interested in what the issue is. The important thing is to avoid dealing with it, take the money for a new device from you, and not care about you because it is not under warranty. The device is never taken care of. I do not care about the cost of the device; I will follow up on this process and report it to the relevant authorities. Regardless of the financial aspect, I will write the process here again. Just so you know. From HP products... Stay tuned.

"Dear Şikayetvar and its users, Despite mentioning in my complaint that the relevant company had contacted me, they are still claiming that they have provided communication. In other words, from what I understand, you are addressing Şikayetvar rather than addressing me directly. I am taking a position on this matter urgently and, if necessary, I am prepared to spend 2 months dealing with it. It's not a problem at all, but I will take necessary actions with you in accordance with my rights."
