HP Customer Service Nightmare: Endless Mouse Malfunctions and Frustration
The HP computer mouse we bought 10 months ago had a malfunction. The service returned the device for the 4th time without giving a reason. When we called, they didn't even give a reason; they said they didn't know, and this is really a comedy. We paid shipping costs 4 times. The device has been on the road for 40 days. We have not been able to do business for 40 days. HP IS A REGRET. HP IS THE PROBLEM. Customer representatives are so indifferent and disrespectful that when you call, they talk to you like their own family. We have never seen such poor quality service and such disgrace in our lives.
