Hotpoint Service Didn't Fix Issues Despite High Charges

I called Hotpoint Service to address a gas relay control error and water dripping issue. The technician claimed the circuit board was burnt and charged me ₺3,300. Despite the repair, the water dripping problem persisted. When I called the service again, they demanded another ₺4,100 for additional repairs, which seems unreasonable.

To make matters worse, the service staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. After paying such a significant amount, I expected the issue to be resolved, but I am left with the same problem and additional costs. I demand Hotpoint to rectify this situation promptly without charging me further. This level of service is unacceptable.
