Hotpoint Ariston Service Fails to Repair Uğur Refrigerator

I am deeply disappointed with the Hotpoint Ariston authorized service center in Gebze. The service provided is appalling, with no follow-up, no accountability, and absolutely no professionalism. Calls go unanswered, and the lack of interest and service quality suggests they are understaffed or poorly managed.

For over a month, I’ve been waiting for my Uğur refrigerator to be repaired. A technician arrived, replaced an original part with a counterfeit one, charged an exorbitant fee, and claimed the issue was resolved. However, the fridge remains broken, and all our food has spoiled. When I requested further assistance, the technician resorted to aggressive behavior instead of providing a solution.

How can a company allow such individuals into customers’ homes? I demand immediate attention to this issue and a repair team that stands by your brand's reputation. Please act swiftly to resolve this matter.
