Ariston Three Years Old 925jx Washing Machine Issues Not Fixed

Three years ago, we purchased a washing machine from Ariston. Although we haven't utilized it frequently, made several service calls, but unfortunately, none of the issues been resolved. We require an immediate resolution, so kindly either send us a replacement product or promptly fix the existing one. why encounter so many difficulties with this particular item, especially considering that we have Ariston appliances throughout our entire house? We have always been loyal customers, can't count how many times we shoppet here. We would appreciate if either replace or repair it as soon as possible. We believe that Ariston, being a reputable company, should strive to provide excellent customer service and uphold the quality and reliability of their products.
