Hotpoint Air Conditioner Service Never Responded to My Repair Requests
About six years ago, I purchased a Hotpoint air conditioner from a Carrefour store in Marmaris. Although the product is no longer under warranty, I have been unable to reach an authorized service provider for proper assistance for the past two years, leaving me without a solution. The air conditioner has been making a loud noise, and because of this, we have not been able to use it properly in the extremely hot climate of Marmaris.
Last year, we opened a service request, but we were informed that the authorized service center in Marmaris had withdrawn from the region. We were then given the contact information for a service center in Muğla. However, every time we contacted the Muğla service center, we were told they were too busy to schedule a visit. For the past two years, "we're busy" has been the only response we have received. No technician has ever come to inspect the unit, and we have never received a clear update or solution. I am therefore also filing a complaint about the authorized service provider.
I request that an authorized Hotpoint service technician visit my home to inspect the air conditioner, clearly explain the cause of the malfunction, and, if possible, repair it at a reasonable cost. If the repair estimate is too expensive, I reserve the right to decline the repair, but I still expect a proper diagnosis and technical assessment of the problem. I ask that this prolonged delay and repeated excuses finally come to an end and that I receive a prompt, clear, and solution-oriented response.
