HotminiDrama Tried to Withdraw Money from My Card

I am writing about a serious security problem that happened after I entered my card details through PayPal on the HotMiniDrama service. I believed that I was entering my card number in order to withdraw funds, but instead, on 16.10.2026 an attempt was made to charge money from my card by the merchant nndigics.com (NN DIGI), after which Raiffeisen Bank blocked my card for security reasons. I live in Ukraine and use a card issued by Raiffeisen Bank. After this incident, I tried to contact nndigics.com, but I could not even write to their support service, because I was not authorized in their system and, when I tried to log in, they wrote that I do not exist in their database. In practice, this means that my card data was used for an attempted debit by a company in whose system I am not even registered. Because of this situation, I do not trust this company and I do not want any further connection with it. I ask that my account, if it exists in their systems under my card or contact details, be completely closed and that no further attempts to charge my card or any other of my payment methods be made in the future. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how my card data ended up being used for this attempted transaction.
