HotminiDrama Withdrawal Pending – 1,600 CHF PayPal Payment Missing

I have been using the Hotdrama platform to watch series, where they promise to pay users money in return for watching content. After accumulating a balance, I requested a withdrawal of 1,600 CHF this morning, but the payment has never been made to my PayPal wallet or to my UBS Visa prepaid card ending in 5333, and my PayPal balance is still 0.00 CHF. In the withdrawal history section of the application, my withdrawals, including the one for around 1.61K CHF and other amounts such as 800 CHF, 500 CHF and 300 CHF, are all shown as “Vérification en cours” for a long time and are never completed or credited to me. All verification steps shown in my Hotdrama account are marked as completed, yet the withdrawals remain under verification and no money is transferred. I request that all my pending withdrawals, especially the 1,600 CHF requested this morning, be paid to me in full without any further delay and that the status in my account be updated accordingly. I also expect a clear written explanation for why these withdrawals have remained under verification and have not been transferred to my PayPal or card despite the platform’s promises.
