Hotmegle Premium Charged Three Times for 1-Month Subscription, No Refund!

I purchased a 1-month Premium subscription on Hotmegle.com, but I was charged three times (€21.68 each) even though I only clicked to buy once. After noticing this, I canceled the subscription, but I never received a confirmation email or any clear refund process. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned that I might have other accounts, but the payment was made only on this specific account where I added my bank details and purchased Premium. I also had 30 minutes of unused time, which disappeared immediately after canceling the subscription, even though it was still active and paid for. I kindly request a refund for the duplicate charges and confirmation that my subscription has been completely canceled so that no automatic payments will be taken in the future. I’m very disappointed with how unclear the billing system and refund process are, and I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and fairly.
