Hello, I urgently need access to my Hotmail account (s***********@hotmail.com), which is still linked to an old phone number. I’ve been trying to resolve this by calling Microsoft’s customer service line at 0850 390 27 77, but the automated system has been completely unhelpful. It doesn’t connect me to a real person or offer any options that resolve my issue.
Right now, I’m stuck—I cannot access my email, and this is critical because I’m receiving verification messages from Steam for my gaming account. I’m essentially locked out of everything.
