My Hotels.com Reservation Cannot Be Updated

I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com and I already know the company I made the payment in advance because I know the hotel. After making the reservation, I realized that the check-in date was only 1 day later. I accidentally marked 13-14 April instead of 12 April-13 April. I called the hotel directly and they said that the hotel is available 1 day before, but only the hotels.com site can make the change. The price was even cheaper 1 day ago. I've been using the Hotels.com app for years, they even filled my 10-night stay and gave me an accommodation gift. It was the first time I had to contact, the first time I called, the first time I needed it. I struggled for 35 minutes, and the virtual communication robots made me wait for minutes, he couldn't understand even though I explained the issue, he asked the same question many times, and at the end of 35 minutes, he said to contact me with the hotel. It can't be such rudeness, once I lost my job, I couldn't even find an interlocutor. The hotel says that my place is available, but I could not find a human being to take my reservation 1 day before. They left nothing I could do except delete the app and tell everyone I saw that my money was burned. What is the use of virtual communication instead of employing a human to solve such a simple and easy-to-solve problem? Do not use this site with advance payment.
