Hotels.com Plane Ticket Reservation Didn't Go Through Correctly

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket for three people, including my 8-year-old son, with Pegasus Airlines to France. After that, I made a hotel reservation through the app, but realized later that the ticket payment only covered two adults, excluding my free-of-charge 8-year-old son. I contacted Pegasus, but the issue wasn't resolved. When I reached out through the app, they claimed not to provide hotel services and blamed hotels.com for not accepting the inclusion of my son. Contacting hotels.com, they mentioned that Pegasus could handle the ticket issue, but they hadn't received any complaints. Pegasus and hotels.com seem to engage in commerce, yet offer minimal assistance in case of any problems. Therefore, it's advisable to use Pegasus solely for flight tickets. Fortunately, I hesitated in renting a car through them, as it likely would have caused additional inconvenience. I ended up having to purchase a separate room at the hotel, which turned out to be quite expensive. When dealing with these companies for flights, hotels, and car rentals, be thorough in questioning everything, and triple-check every transaction, as their systems may not be seamlessly interconnected.
