I Booked for 2 People on Hotels.com but Only 1 Name Appears and I Can’t Fix It
I made a reservation through the Hotels.com app clearly for two people, but when I checked the booking confirmation, only one name appears on the reservation. This is a serious problem because we need both names listed for visa-on-arrival processing, and it’s not something that can be overlooked.
I tried reaching out to Hotels.com to fix the issue, but it's impossible to contact anyone. The virtual assistant is completely useless—it doesn’t allow me to add a second guest or escalate the issue. There’s no phone number to call, no live agent to chat with, and I’m left completely stuck, just days before our travel date.
This is unacceptable. If your system allows booking for multiple guests, it should also properly reflect that in the confirmation. I urgently need my booking corrected to include both travelers’ names, as originally intended. Hotels.com, respond immediately, update the reservation properly, and stop leaving your customers stranded in stressful situations like this.
