My Hotbit Account Was Frozen With $5,000 BTC Inside

In 2022, my Hotbit BTC wallet account was suddenly frozen. I had approximately $5,000 USD worth of BTC in my account, which I had transferred at different times from my Binance account. Since then, I have tried many times to contact customer support, but I never received any response or assistance. Because my account was frozen, I am unable to withdraw my funds, and Hotbit’s website is now inaccessible.

I transferred my funds in USD from my Binance account at different times. My account reference code is: 458537BD126c3a5f62e22a4ebf824afb384ca78*f000A791c37d0. I was accessing my account from Manisa, Turkey. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I request that my problem be resolved urgently and that the balance in my account be returned to me.
