Hotbit Account Not Accessible After Shutdown - Crypto Balance Missing

I had an account on the Hotbit mobile application where I was holding coins with an approximate total value of above $100. After Hotbit was ceased in 2023, I can no longer access my account. When I try to log in through the mobile app, I receive a message saying that my account does not exist, even though I previously used this account and had a balance in it. There is no active support or contact channel that I can reach through Hotbit, so I have been unable to get any assistance or information about my account or funds. This situation is causing serious concern, as I am completely unable to access my balance. Through this complaint, I request that my Hotbit account and the coins in it be identified and my access problem be resolved. If it is not possible to use the Hotbit platform anymore, I ask that my account and funds be transferred to another suitable platform and that I be provided with access details so that I can securely reach and control my assets again.
