Unable to Use IonCube on GoDaddy Managed WordPress Hosting – Refund Denied

I purchased WordPress hosting from GoDaddy, only to find out that IonCube cannot be installed on the managed WordPress hosting plan and is only available on web hosting plans. Because of this limitation, I was unable to install the e-commerce theme I bought for my WordPress site. I had to cancel the service, but since it was past 30 days, they refused to issue a refund. Now, my money is wasted with no solution provided.

I am extremely disappointed, as I was not informed of these limitations upfront, and now I’m left with a service that I cannot use. I request GoDaddy to reconsider their refund policy in this case and provide a resolution for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.
