Hostinger Account Locked - Email Verification Code Sent To Same Account

On February 16, 2026, when I tried to log in to my Hostinger account from the USA, your system suddenly classified me as a threat and required a verification code sent to my email. However, the email address that the code is being sent to is inside the same locked account, so I have been completely unable to access either my Hostinger account or my business email for almost two weeks. This is my primary business email, and because of this lockout I have already lost clients, lost revenue and suffered damage to my business reputation. During this period I have repeatedly followed every step that your support team requested for account recovery. I have provided my ID, completed the webcam verification, submitted a picture of a Hostinger transaction, shared a different email address that is not on the account, and listed other domains that are under the same account. Despite supplying all of this information, my account is still locked and I have not been given any clear reason for the delay or any timeline for resolution. I am requesting the immediate restoration of my Hostinger account and full access to my business email, based on the extensive identity verification I have already completed. I also expect a clear written explanation of why this process has taken so long despite my cooperation, so that similar disruption does not happen again in the future.
