Can’t Log In to Hostinger via Facebook — “App Not Active” Error Fix
For the past five days, I haven’t been able to access my Hostinger account, which I use only through Facebook login. When I try to sign in with Facebook, I receive the following error message:
“App not active. This app is currently unavailable, and the app developer is aware of the issue. You’ll be able to log in once the app is reactivated.”
Despite trying multiple times every day during this period, I still can’t access my account. My account contains active and fully paid services, but since I can’t log in, I am unable to manage them, which has caused significant inconvenience.
I sent an email to Hostinger customer support regarding this issue, but I haven’t received any response yet.
I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible and that my access to the account be restored immediately.
