My Hornet account, registered under the email C**@hmail.com**, was suddenly suspended yesterday without any prior warning or explanation. When I try to log in, I receive the error message: “Sorry, this device has been suspended.”
This account was completely free, and I did not engage in any unusual or suspicious activity. I also did not attempt to log in from another device, nor did I uninstall and reinstall the app. Despite this, my access has been blocked.
What’s even more frustrating is that I never received any email or official explanation regarding why my account was suspended. I believe this action was unfair and unjustified.
I request a clear explanation for why my account was suspended and ask that it be reinstated as soon as possible. As a user, I deserve proper communication and fair treatment instead of being locked out without reason.
