Hello, Hornet Support. My account has been suspended, and I am unable to access it. The message states that my device has been suspended, but I was given no prior warning or explanation. I urgently request assistance in resolving this issue.

Why is my account suspended without any notification? Shouldn't there be a warning or clarification before taking such an action? I do not understand the reason behind this, and I believe users should at least be informed before their accounts are restricted.

I kindly ask you to review my case and reinstate my account as soon as possible. I appreciate your prompt response and assistance in resolving this unfair suspension.
