My Hornet account (registered with k**************@gmail.com**) was suddenly suspended yesterday without any prior warning or notification. I received no explanation or message about why this happened, and it has left me feeling unfairly treated.
Up until now, I have never had any issues with the app and I strongly believe I have followed all the community rules. Having my account shut down without even being given a reason is not only frustrating but also deeply unfair.
I am requesting that my account be reactivated immediately and that I be given a clear explanation of the suspension reason. Users deserve transparency and the opportunity to address any concerns before being locked out. Hornet should not suspend accounts without proper communication.
