Hornet Suspending My Account Without Any Reason and Without Telling


I am unable to access my Hornet account because it says my device has been suspended. I have no idea why or how this happened. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received any response. I don’t understand why there is a support team if they don’t actually help users. I keep reaching out, but no one gets back to me. This is extremely frustrating! Hornet, I need an immediate resolution. Why was my account suspended, and what do I need to do to regain access? If I violated any rules, I should be informed. Please have a real representative address this issue as soon as possible!
