Hornet Showing Suspension Only on Home WiFi

My Hornet account (email: a**************@gmail.com**) has been suspended for the past day on my Huawei P30 Lite. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the issue continues. I did not receive any warning or explanation regarding the suspension. The problem only occurs when I use my home internet connection—I have not tested it elsewhere yet.
I request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible.

About 10 days ago, my Hornet account and device were suspended without any reason being specified. I was not informed of any violation, rule error, or given any detailed information via the app or email.
Even though I contacted the Hornet support team, I did not receive an explanation as to why my account was suspended or what I should do. Currently, I am unable to use my account and cannot benefit from the app.
My email address registered with Hornet: [email protected]. I request a clear and explicit explanation as to why my account was suspended, and if there is an unjust situation, I demand that my account and device be reactivated.
