Hornet Showing Suspension Only on Home WiFi


When I try to log into the Hornet app from my Huawei P Smart S 2020, I receive the following message and the app never loads:
“Please verify this connection method through the email sent to you. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or click ‘resend’ and try again in 30 seconds.”
This message stays on the screen, no other error appears, and the app does not progress.
I have been experiencing this issue for one day. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem continues. Every attempt results in the same warning, and I cannot access the app at all.
My email address is a*********@gmail.com**.
I do not have a premium membership, and I’m trying to use the app through my home Wi-Fi connection. I also tried reaching customer support but could not find a way to contact them.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so I can log into the app without any problems.
