Hornet Account Suspension Recovery Request

My Hornet account, which I use with the email a**********@gmail.com**, has been suspended for about 20 days, and I can no longer access it. There is no explanation or error message shown on the screen regarding the suspension. I updated the app, logged out and back in, and even tried accessing my account from a different device, but nothing worked. I also haven’t received any email or notification from Hornet about the issue.
I have important conversations stored in my account, so I urgently request that my account be reactivated. I kindly ask for prompt assistance regarding this matter.
