Hornet Facebook Sign-Up Not Working for Over Six Months

I am trying to create a new account on the Hornet app by connecting through Facebook, but I have not been able to do so successfully. When I attempt to sign up using Facebook, it asks for email verification; however, I am unable to complete this step, so I cannot create a new Hornet account. This issue has been ongoing for more than six months, and because of it, I have not been able to use the app at all.

I would like to be able to create my Hornet account smoothly through Facebook and start using the app. So far, I have not submitted a support request because I did not know how to contact the support team. I request that the necessary checks be conducted to resolve my Facebook connection issue and allow me to successfully create a new account on Hornet.
