Hornet App Stuck on Camera Verification With ‘Error Occurred’ Message

While using the Hornet app on my Android phone, I have been stuck on the live verification screen for the past four days. The app requests camera-based live verification; the camera opens, but every time I receive an “an error occurred” message, and I am unable to access my account.

Because I keep getting the same error, I am no longer able to use my account. Due to this issue, I cannot open the app, and if this continues, I am considering leaving Hornet entirely and switching to alternative apps.

I request that my account be restored without the live verification requirement or that this verification error be permanently resolved, and that the necessary steps be taken so I can access my account again without any issues.
