Hornet Password Reset Not Working on Android

I have been unable to log into my Hornet account on my Android phone for the past day. When I try to access the app, I continuously receive a “wrong email or password” error, even though I am certain that my login information is correct.

I also tried the “Forgot Password” option, but this time I received an error message saying, “Oops, we can’t process your request right now,” and I am unable to complete the password reset process. As a result, I have no way to access my account.

I request that my access to my Hornet account be restored and that my login issue be urgently reviewed and resolved. Regaining access to my account as soon as possible is very important to me.
