• Restart your phone
• Switch Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data
• Make sure SMS service works normally
Disable blockers;
• Check if any SMS filter or blocking app is active
• Ensure Hornet emails aren’t blocked
Try another method (if available);
• Switch from SMS to email verification or vice versa
Contact Hornet Support;
• Explain you’re not receiving the code
• Provide:
– Username/email/phone
– Time requested
– Screenshot
• Ask them to:
– Confirm your contact info
– Manually trigger a code
– Offer alternative verification
